How The Muscle Targeting Tool Works

Step 1: Equipment Selection (Filter)

You first select the equipment you have available (e.g., dumbbells, bodyweight, resistance bands, kettlebell, etc.).

Step 2: Muscle Selection (Target)

You then target the muscle groups you want to train (e.g., chest, back, quads, triceps, abs) by clicking on the body diagram or the muscle buttons.

Step 3: Exercise Generation (Plan)

The app intelligently filters its comprehensive library and generates a list of recommended exercises that match both your selected equipment and targeted muscles.

Step 4: Timer Setup & Execution (Train) 

You set your desired work time, rest time, and total number of rounds. The app then acts as a dynamic interval timer, guiding you through each exercise (round by round) with clear displays and an estimated calorie count.

You can choose from Body Weight, Dumbbells, Bands, Kettlebell, Barbell, Sandbag, and Cardio. 

Which muscles can I target with this tool?

The tool supports targeting muscles such as the chest, shoulders, biceps, abs, quads, calves (front view), back, triceps, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.

What types of workouts can I set up?

You can select among workout types like HIIT, Strength Training, Cardio Blast, Yoga Flow, or create a Custom workout. 

How do I configure workout timing (work/rest/rounds)?

After selecting muscles and equipment, you can set “Work Time” (in seconds), “Rest Time” (in seconds), and the “Number of Rounds.”

Is there a “Get Ready / countdown/warm-up” phase in the workout?

Yes — the interface shows a “Get Ready!” indicator before the timed workout begins.

What controls are available during the workout?

You can Pause, Skip, Stop, and Reset the workout. 

Does it estimate calorie burn?

Yes — it shows an “Est. Calories” readout during the workout interface.

Can I skip or jump between rounds or exercises?

Yes — the “Skip” button lets you skip (presumably skip to next exercise/round).
