We're always looking for riders, coaches, and lifters who have something real to say. If you've got a story, a hard-won lesson, or a training approach that actually works — we want to hear it.
Evidence-Based Content
Training advice backed by research or real, lived experience — not recycled listicles or bro science.
Rider-to-Rider Voice
Write like you're talking to a training partner, not lecturing from a pedestal. Peer-to-peer, not top-down.
Practical Over Theoretical
Actionable takeaways over abstract theory. If a reader can't use it Monday morning, rework it.
Honest Gear Takes
If you're reviewing gear, tell us what's actually worth the money — no sponsored fluff.
- Length: 1,000–2,000 words is the sweet spot. Long enough to say something real, short enough that people finish it.
- Topics: Cycling training, strength & conditioning for riders, gear reviews, injury prevention, nutrition, or personal rider stories.
- Originality: Unpublished, original work only — no content that's already live elsewhere.
- Tone: Direct and useful. We'll help polish the prose; we can't manufacture substance.
- Byline: Accepted contributors get a full author bio and links back to their own site or socials.
