Why This Plan Works
This isn’t a race or a boot-camp. It’s a realistic, gradual progression that builds endurance, improves confidence, and helps you fall in love with cycling. You’ll start with short, manageable rides — just 10–15 minutes at a time — and gently build your stamina each week.
By Week 8, you’ll be able to ride 5K with strength, ease, and pride. And most importantly: you’ll enjoy the journey getting there.
