23 – Your FTP Number is Lying to you

That 95% multiplier your FTP test spits out? It was never actually tested against real 60-minute performance — and recent research shows it's off for most riders. This episode breaks down where the formula came from, why it's reliable but not necessarily accurate, and what to track instead of obsessing over one number.
